  It took me some time to decide to write this review. I ordered cabinets from this place "Fabuwood". The cabinets came in damaged various areas. Dovetails split like it was forced together, and some frames had splits. 12 out of the 22 pieces. I have plenty of pictures to show anyone upon request. I was not happy and called the place and wanted the owner to come see the product that was delivered to me. Mike came over and was not agreeing with what I was showing him, telling me that most of these this won't be noticed once the cabinet is installed and touch up are made. I then explained to him that this is not what I paid for. I paid for a perfect product. He assured me that if I was looking for perfection I would be disappointed because it won't happen. I then was told that the Fabu rep would be intouch with me and if he was able to get the cabinets replaced that if there was an issue in the future that good luck your on your own. That made me think and caused me to call the next day and have them take back all the cabinets that where delivered to my house. After a week of I felt like was negotiating for someone to take back s defective product. I was stuck with $1,632 out of pocket expense. $500 for drawings and $1,132 for delivery and pick up charges. I can understand if this is something that went wrong on my end. This all had to do with the poor built product that was delivered and Mike the owners attitude about rectifying the situation, STAW AWAY from Mike's Factory Direct in Westport, CT
